The trip to San Francisco was great. I was so excited after meeting with the midwifery program director that I took some pictures of my maybe-next place to work. Isn't this cool?! SFGH does the city and county public health, including the locked units. I am very excited. It was fun to be in a hospital again.
Now I am busily working on getting things ready for the 10/6/07 Craft Fair hosted by the Luther North Booster Club, at Luther North High School (9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 6 at 5700 W. Berteau Ave., Chicago). My friend K and I are splitting a table- me, bags and cards; she, jewelery. Swing by to say hi and I'll be grateful forever (and might even have a little something for blog-friends!).

So glad you loved SF- JL told me it was the best NP program in the country- of course, that's also where he went...just a little biased!! I can't make it to your craft fair-LOL! Any way you'd sell me $22 worth of bag and we can call it even on J's fundraiser? I could use one about the size of a Vera B. bucket bag.

You are great! I'm excited for you - though I'm glad you are looking forward to being in a hospital again. Not me, sister. Not me.
you are moving to san francisco? so i'm going to show up at your craft table, meet you in person finally, become best friends, of course, and then you are going to move, like all my other friends here? hmmmmm. not sure that's a great deal for me!! :) just teasing, i mean i will try to come to the craft table anyway, despite the inevitable consequences.
