Malabrigo...chunky, for the scarf (not sure what the pattern is, it's knit two purl one and on the wrong side, purl one knit two). Soft, warm, and my dad's birthday present.
The cowl is finished- and destined for a friend. But I really do love the snuggly feeling of Malabrigo protecting my neck from the cold!

Sorry, about the deleted comment... It's early and I made a typing error...so....BOTH the scarf and cowl are gifts? I don't think I could part with them! Especially the Malabrigo cowl... will you make another for yourself? I think you should!
